Two digital dentistry industry leaders partner to offer doctors new additive manufacturing capabilities.
SprintRay and eXceed today announced a new partnership to bring in-office digital orthodontics to a wider range of dental professionals across the globe.

The advancement of technology has influenced Dentistry significantly in the past few years. The accessibility of digital impression technologies and 3D printing technologies have enabled doctors with far faster, and reliable treatment plans to their patients. Orthodontics is one of the segments that is benefiting from recent advancements.

eXceed is a provider of orthodontic treatment planning software and services to orthodontists and general dentists. “Demand for aligners’ therapy is skyrocketing and clinicians are now looking for ways to make this treatment modality more affordable”. Said Vladimir Lucenko co-founder and Director of R&D at eXceed. “The combination of eXceed designs and high-quality in-office printing solutions from Sprintray helps to significantly reduce aligner lab fees and give more control to the dentist.”

These characteristics of this new workflow enable doctors to offer more alternatives to their patients, which ultimately ensures more patients get the treatment they want.

“We are thrilled to announce we have teamed up with eXceed to enable dental professionals better serve their patients. Both companies will be working on educating the community as well as integrating 3D printing into planning and printing aligners to help doctors streamline the workflow.” said John Fernandez, Director of Business Development of SprintRay. “eXceed is a proven solution in the orthodontic appliance design.”
